MINIMAL COMPLEX

"Artists and musicians meet playful and low poly. See the full series from Giselle Manzano Ramirez" -Adobe Illustrator Official

Overview

Giselle utilizes the modern low poly technique to transform images of legendary figures in the art world into stunning artworks. Each portrait is meticulously crafted by arranging carefully placed triangles in different shapes and sizes, before adding an artful blend of colors to bring the image to life. The result is a mesmerizing study of light and shade, showcasing hyperrealism in a near-abstract form.

The project has garnered international recognition, receiving press coverage from major media outlets such as Adobe Illustrator, DesignTaxi, Digital Arts Online, and Fubiz.

The concept of "Minimal Complex" revolves around the idea that every complex whole is made up of small and simple parts, much like how each triangle in the artwork contains vital information such as light, shadow, and tone of color to create a hyper-realistic portrayal of the subject. The use of detail in the eyes and face further enhances the overall effect, while the larger triangles maintain the low poly technique and abstract art aesthetic.

By highlighting the intricate nature of each individual component, "Minimal Complex" celebrates the beauty of complexity and encourages viewers to appreciate the importance of every detail in creating a stunning work of art.
